Matthew Mueller is a Partner in the Litigation Department. He joined the firm in 2010. Mr. Mueller has litigated multiple types of cases from inception to trial in State and Federal Courts in both New York and New Jersey, including cases involving Personal Injury, Civil Rights, Public Entity Liability, Products Liability, Commercial Contract Disputes, and Insurance Coverage. During law school, Mr. Mueller was an intern in the chambers of the Hon. Mark Falk, U.S.M.J. in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. Mr. Mueller was also a legal intern with the Federal Communications Commission in Washington, DC, and T-Mobile in Parsippany, New Jersey, where he worked in wireless spectrum policy, telecommunications, government affairs, and general corporate practices. Mr. Mueller was also named a Rising Star on the Super Lawyers list for New Jersey in 2018. (The Supreme Court has approved no aspect of the advertisement)
