Ms. Fairclough has built her legal career through progressive roles at prominent law firms, developing strong capabilities in litigation and compliance. She previously served as an Associate at Connell Foley, providing comprehensive legal counsel and related services to clients. Her experience also includes summer associate positions at Duane Morris and Manko Gold Katcher & Fox, where she focused on environmental, energy, and land use law. Ms. Fairclough began her legal journey as a Paralegal at Cadwalader, gaining valuable foundational experience in the field.
Prior to her legal career, Ms. Fairclough established herself in the real estate industry as a NJ Salesperson and NY Broker at Fairclough Realtors, specializing in real estate transactions. She is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in New York, certified by the New York State Association of REALTORS, Inc. This dual expertise in law and real estate provides Ms. Fairclough with a distinctive perspective that benefits clients across various practice areas.
