Mark A. Clemente has engaged primarily in litigation for almost 45 years, both as a litigator and as a Managing Attorney for two major insurance companies. His practice is more diverse now, with the focus still on litigation, but with an emphasis on arbitration, personal injury litigation, landlord tenant law, professional malpractice litigation, contract disputes, appellate practice and complex commercial litigation. His experience includes litigation representing both plaintiffs and defendants, prerogative writs, municipal court cases, arbitrations, mediations, estate litigation, chancery division matters and ICLE seminars. He has been admitted pro hac vice in numerous jurisdictions, including Florida, New York, Ohio, Kentucky and Pennsylvania.
