Stephanie is a Partner in the Litigation Department. Stephanie represents a diverse range of clients within the firm’s civil litigation department and business and corporate department.
Ms. Luzzi has extensive experience representing clients throughout all counties in New Jersey injured in car accidents and motorcycle crashes, slip/trip and falls, dog bites, construction accidents, and other premise liability claims, as well as experience representing clients in in claims against Nursing Homes for neglect and abuse, and crime victims claims involving sexual assault, sexual harassment and sexual abuse from individuals and organizations.
Since joining Clemente Mueller in 2023, Ms. Luzzi is using the trial and litigation skills she’s honed over her career to serve clients in all areas of corporate and commercial law, including general business representation, residential and corporate real estate transactions and litigation and employment related issues for both companies and employees.
Ms. Luzzi has been named a Rising Star on the Super Lawyers list for New Jersey each year from 2018 to 2024 and has been included in the National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 Trial Lawyers each year from 2019-2024. Ms. Luzzi served on the board of governors for the American Association for Justice and has received multiple awards in connection with her service to the organization.
