Mark A. Clemente has engaged primarily in litigation over the years, both as a litigator and as a Managing Attorney for two major insurance companies. His practice is more diverse now, with the focus still on litigation, but with an emphasis on arbitration, personal injury litigation, landlord tenant law, professional malpractice litigation, contract disputes and complex commercial litigation. He regularly sits as an arbitrator for personal injury and automobile cases. In addition, Mr. Clemente has handled numerous actions involving the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) against school districts.
