Profile

Prior to joining the Firm, Peter worked on complex insurance and reinsurance coverage matters including on cases related to the opioid epidemic, clergy abuse, high profile environmental toxic tort, and concussion litigation in professional sports.  Before that, he was an Assistant Prosecutor at the Essex County Prosecutor’s office where he prosecuted all manner of criminal offenses including attempted murder, sexual assault, gun charges, robbery, CDS offenses, and domestic violence cases.  He was also heavily involved in overseeing defendant’s admission into and progression through the Drug Court/Recovery Court Diversionary Program, the Mental Health Court Diversionary Program, and the Veterans Diversionary Program.  Peter also clerked for the Honorable Kimarie Rahill, J.S.C. of the Warren County Superior Court, Family Part, and interned for the Honorable Madeline Cox-Arleo of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and the Sussex County Prosecutor’s Office.
