Mr. Clemente practices in all areas of corporate and commercial law, including general business representation, mergers and acquisitions, deferred compensation arrangements, private offerings of securities, software licensing, and international law. He has served as a general business and legal advisor to closely-held businesses, healthcare practices and not-for-profit corporations and has counseled numerous boards on governance issues, investigations and litigation.
