He currently serves as General Counsel of Twin Brooks Country Club in Watchung. He previously served as the Legal Advisor to the New Jersey Golf Course Owner's Association and as a member of the Law Committee of Deal Golf Club.

Also active in the ski industry, David currently serves as North American General Counsel and Editor for the Ultimate-Ski.com, the largest snow sports web site in the United Kingdom.
