Employment Litigation

When an employee leaves a job, the toll taken on both the employee and the employer can be devestating.  Employment related discrimination remains a large problem within the United States, and often, the Courts are called upon to resolve disputes.  The New Jersey Law Against Discrimination, as well as the New York Human Rights Law provide extremely broad protections to employees who lose their jobs unlawfully.  However, not every termination of employment is illegal, and it is important to focus on the reasons for the discharge.

The litigation team at Clemente Mueller P.A. is has achieved significant success before the State and Federal Courts of New Jersey and New York, as well as the New Jersey Division of Civil Rights, and the New York Division of Human Rights.
